Do I pay per user?
No. FranchiseMS is priced per location, not per user. You can add as many head-office staff, franchisees and frontline operatives as you like at no extra cost — so the price never punishes you for growing your team. Most franchise software charges per seat, which means your bill rises every time you hire; ours doesn't.
What counts as a location?
A location is one operating unit — a single franchisee territory, branch, site or salon. A multi-unit franchisee who runs three sites counts as three locations. Head office itself is not a chargeable location.
What's included in the core platform?
Every location includes the core platform at the base price: the operations manual, royalties, communications, support, analytics and benchmarking, and legal & agreements. You only pay extra for the optional add-on modules you choose to switch on.
Can I change modules later?
Yes. Modules are switched on, limited, integrated with a third-party tool, or turned off at any time, and your bill follows automatically. Start with the essentials and add the franchise-development CRM, training academy, audits, marketing or AI as your network grows.
Is there a setup fee?
There is a one-time onboarding fee that covers standing up your network, rolling out a sector starter kit (a ready-made operations manual, audit, training, legal templates, store and marketing), and getting your first franchisees live. Your estimate above shows the current figure.
Is it cheaper paid annually?
Yes. Paying annually saves roughly two months versus paying monthly. The estimator above shows both the monthly and the annual figure for your network.
