Each franchisee's area is a set list of postcodes. When postcodes are added, the system stops two areas ever overlapping, and a checker answers who covers a given venue in seconds, before it is approached rather than after a machine is installed.
Venue surveys with sign-off
A prospective venue is surveyed on a phone, with photos of where the machine would go and the details that make or break a site, and it goes to the owner to approve before anything is committed. Approved venues carry their survey photos through to the install.
Visits with proof
Refill, restock and service visits run on the same field system as trades franchises, giving round staff a day-by-day agenda on their phone, photo proof, an automatic GPS stamp, and offline capture for basements and areas with no signal. When no one is standing by the machine, the visit record is your proof it is being looked after.
Sealed supply, one source
Consumables are ordered from the company store at wholesale, the network's single permitted source. Sealed one-way containers plus unannounced audits are the anti-counterfeit backbone that keeps genuine product in every machine.
Unannounced audits
Audit templates check machines against the operations manual (genuine sealed stock, presentation, the venue agreement honoured), and a failed check automatically raises a corrective action with an owner and a due date.
