What the demo shows
FranchiseMS is a franchise management system that runs on real data rather than figures a franchisee types in at month end.
A franchisor's monthly royalty run: revenue, rate, royalty due, collected, outstanding and overdue for every unit — each figure calculated from the jobs the network actually completed and invoiced, with an invoice issued straight from the same screen.
The franchisee's own royalty statement, showing where the figure came from: the completed-job revenue their operatives recorded, brought into the statement in one click, or pulled automatically from connected accounting software such as Xero.
The engineer's own view: today's jobs with the customer, address, trade and response time, completed on the phone with the proof of what was done attached — which is the record the revenue, and therefore the royalty, is built from.
Head office, the franchisee's unit and the engineer in the field all read and write one set of records, so nothing is keyed in twice and every module reflects the same truth.
