The franchisor's dashboard opens on the exceptions, so overdue invoices, open corrective actions and lapsed training are the first things on screen, each one a link to the thing itself. Underneath it, every unit on one page with the weakest flagged.

The franchise development pipeline runs on your own stages, with enquiries from your website arriving against one record for each person. A candidate is sent their agreement to sign from their own page, and their unit is created the moment every signatory has signed, which starts the onboarding plan and its launch gates.

Your operations manual is held in the system and versioned on every save. The day's work in the order it happens, finished on site with a photograph, a location stamp and the customer's signature. It keeps working with no signal and uploads when the phone finds one, and that proof is the record the revenue, and so the royalty, is built from.
