Yes. You can upload the executed agreement as a PDF or Word file, or link a document already held in Google Drive or OneDrive, and store it against the franchisee. The document sits alongside that unit's fee schedule and onboarding so the paperwork and the operational record stay together.
Does FranchiseMS handle e-signature for franchise contracts?
Not yet. E-signature integration is the priority Phase-2 item on our roadmap, so today you sign agreements as you do now and store the executed file in FranchiseMS. The register, template library, document storage and audit log are all built and available.
